Well I had a text saying there would be unlimited play this week- that would have been a nice gesture for everyone in lockdown but sadly it didn’t happen. There was no unlimited play on any of my devices- iPhone iPad or Windows10. Very disappointing.

    Hi @pethers !

    Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.

    If that didn't help, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center.

    What exactly does unlimited lives mean? Does it mean that for each game you can play continuously without having to buy extra lives beyond 5 you are allowed for each game?

    only on mobile devices and currently only for UK, Italy, Spain and India. and yes basically unlimited lives

    Thanks. I definitely am not getting it no matter how many times i log on or off or force closure. Oh well- back to level 6634!
