I play on Iphone and have had them all week, Are you UK, Italy, Spain or India as these are the only countries they have been rolled out to at present

I am not getting the unlimited lives either, I keep getting the pop ups but when I click on them nothing happens. I am in the UK and on Android.
What am I doing wrong?

@taniantina game id if you go to log out screen, above your avatar picture should be a king sign, click on this and should show you game ID will be in number format

I am captive at home playing quite a bit more of this game. Asking for unlimited lives is a bit extreme, but I sure would enjoy some extra opportunities for bonuses. For example: let us build a bot by playing previous levels again, give us candy drops, extra spins, gold, silver bronze ribbons, beanstalk climb, ANYTHING!!!!
