Despite trying everything that was listed, still have not received unlimited lives, not even once.
Maybe there is a limite per day
Are you playing on a mobile device such as android/iphone? Only valid on that platform. You won't get it on Win10 or facebook.
I think not all players are given unlimited lives. My sister in-law does not receive any lives at all while i receive mine everyday. I have been playing for a year and she started playing for just 3 months
I think there is this time when you started out playing if i am not mistaken.
I have been playing since 2014 and I didn’t receive my unlimited lives. And I follow all the rules to receive it.
Maybe it is just for Europe and North America. 🤷🏻♀️

Currently Free Lives will be available to everyone but there are a few rules for that.
Your game app needs to be the latest version.
Offer can be obtained on mobile device only.If the same game is active on multiple devices, You'll get the offer on the device where you will first launch the game.
Offer will be available only if the game is online; it is not possible to get the offer if the game is offline.
If you still do not get the offer, it may mean that your game has a connection problem.
Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Lives & Messages - Contact us and send them an email.

I started my free lives on Wednesday and today Sunday it tells me it's finished

@mackem003 make sure yourgame is upto date and on the latest version. Sign out and restart your device and sign back in. see if this solves your problem. twice this week i have had to restart my device to get the free lives message
