The Unlimited Lives this week are given out every afternoon and 24h a day.
If you had issues receiving the Unlimited Lives, please note that they are only sent to mobile devices and to the Windows app. You will also need to have the latest update of the game installed to be able to receive the Lives.

If everything is already up to date on your phone or tablet, please force close or force stop the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will pop up the next coming afternoon. This doesn't fix the Lives that you missed, but should help you to receive the Lives the next day when they are sent.
Please note also that the Unlimited Lives can only be received on one device, if you play on several devices.
If no Lives pop up or load up in your game, then email Player Support about this from the game's Settings and Help Center.

Unlimited lives are useless since I can't play without any boosters and no way to earn them. I log on once a day and spin the wheel and even though I am offered unlimited, I don't bother to play. The less I play, the less I miss it so I am close to being done with this stupid company and their greediness. No more money from me, that is for sure.

@Crazy Cat Lad I thought that since I originally opened Unlimited Lives for this week on my mobile that I could only receive them on my mobile. I would keep getting the message "Oops! Oh no, I'm all out of gifts to hand out..." on both of my Win 10 apps. Today I opened my Laptop 1st and was able to collect the unlimited lives for the day on it! I really did not realize that each day you have a choice of which device to use the unlimited lives on. Oh Yeah!
