Our fantastic five have reached 15000 pts but have received no rewards. Our main scorer disappeared off our team after 3 days but his score was left in and he was replaced by another player. This seems totally unfair and should be corrected. Can you look into this please?

I know someone else posted the same thing about someone leaving the team and not getting rewards, but posted a day later that they received them, so this may be just a slight delay due to the person that left. Seems like this leaving teams is the next problem with fantastic 5

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
