Unable to connect to Facebook

I cant seem to connect my game to my Facebook account to be able to receive or send gifts to and from friends.

This has happened me a lot too.. I was up to level 3000s and all my progress seemed to disappear ... I’ve noticed if you do not have Your fb account active and open at the same time as your candy crush tab it will not link up, sometimes clicking on your profile and hitting refresh works as does closing then reopening both tabs I hope this helps

It just keeps saying "connection error. Try again in a bit" now

It could be a problem with your internet provider or mobile network I would go to settings and try it with my mobile data on to see if that helps

I'm always on mobile data. Don't have WiFi access unfortunately

Did you try logging in to candy crush or whatever game it is you are playing threw Facebook hopefully that should link it up for you

I've just looked on the apps and website permissions and it's on there......
Might remove then try again?

Yeah I would but be careful to save your progress as you don’t want to start from level 0 all over again there has to be a way around it maybe try reinstalling you’re Facebook app first then logging out of Cc and logging in again only this time through Facebook.it maybe something to do with your e mail address I’m thinking if they are different that may cos a problem in syncing the app with Facebook you could always try changing your email addresses to the same one for both.

I have never been able to log in to save progress it just does it on its own. It say on Facebook they're connected but doesn't show friends or anything like that.
