Issue with help friends feature

Hi Team,
Since sometime back I found that I can't help the friends on candy crush saga, by sending them life or moves and also I can't ask them for lives or unblocking the new journey... Please help on this as it's very annoying and also please get back the gold claims after collecting some points as before... It was a good idea but now nothing can make the players happy in playing this game online on king.com.
Hope we can make it back fantastic game.

Hello@Sarah_EG . You can give lives to friends who are in your group and can send to them too, if you like. But if you're referring to your Facebook friends, you can create a team together with them. Welcome to our King Community and Happy Crushing ..

I'm playing on king.com and this can't be done :( it's not reflected at all... also when I press help all friends or send lives to all nothing is done and I don't get the completion check marks on them as well.

I did restart it and I'm playing online, not on the installed app... still the same issue.
Is it an issue with the flash player version? but I'm using latest version
