Hello Welcome to the community Regarding your question:
-In each level you can use some reinforcements or others. Not all of them can be used. I do not know if you understand
-Level 360 is an orders level, you have to collect wrapped candies and striped candies to complete the level and you only have 13 moves to do it.
Avoid clearing the blockers down the sides if you can, there are bomb dispensers at the top of the blockers and you don't want to release the bombs if you can help it. It's OK to clear the blockers lower down the board so if you have a combo try to switch it lower on the board so you don't release the bombs.
The best way to get the stripes is to make a colourbomb and switch it with a stripe as you need more of those than wraps and they will be harder to make one by one. The wraps will quite often make themselves as you play, but you only need 5 so they shouldn't be a problem.
