Hello again @mccrory87 Thank you for replying back and confirming about the game.
When the connection was lost, may be you were logged out of your account! Did you check whether you have logged into the game?
You can make sure about it by checking into the "Profile". If you see your name, it means you are connected. If it shows a random picture and name as "Player", then you are not logged in.
If you are logged in, but still finding yourself at level 1, please follow below links (since I do not know which device you are using, I am giving links for both Apple and Android devices).
1) Getting Progress back on APPLE Device
2) Getting Progress back on ANDROID Device
If you are still having the issue after trying the tips in above links, please post back and let me know.

Did not work. Has me at level 18 and not 3227.
If You Log out from Facebook, you will loose Progress. Log in to get the Progress back
Was on level 3227 and lost connection and was taken back to level one. Need levels restored. Can you fix please.

level 7928 game froze. Lost super color bombs again bumped out of races and lost win streak again. It’s not my internet. Getting tired of having to spend money, earning things and getting bumped out by freezing. Its frustrating
