The Game Team has now found the cause of this issue and is working on a fix.

No further model or serial numbers are needed since the issue is identified already.

I will give you an update when we know when the fix will be live.

I can now get into the game but it takes me to level 1 and I can't retrieve my game- I was well over level 4000. Is there a way of retrieving game? I'm not going to play from the beginning. Thanks

My game is loading now, but I too have been taken back to level 1 !! I was on level 2020 !! KING, can you sort this out please. We thank you for fixing the problem, but can you please get us back on the correct game levels. Thank you :)

Ugh @Lauraaa123 - I hope they are able to get everyone back to the correct level. I'm reluctant to try opening the game now in case I'll be stuck at level 1.

I forgot add that I have lost all my lives I had been given, and there were over 400 I had in reserve before the game crashed. Can you also add these back on please! Thank you. :)
