Game not loading/ crashing on Amazon Kindle tablet!

Hi @msndis The game takes you to screen where you can choose to "Play" (at level 1) or "Retrieve game". The retrieve game option lets you link to Facebook or email account - I didn't have either of these so couldn't do retrieve.

I was able to reload and retrieve my progress but I have lost all my boosters and lives.

Good news! The issue has now been fixed.

Please update the app to the latest version (1.178) and the game should be back on track.

Hello.

My game has now been retrieved to its previous level...Thank you King, but ALL my lives, boosters Gold bars etc are gone !!

KING...Please can you fix this!

@Sue_Bellwood Unfortunately boosters are stored on the device itself so they can be lost due to updates, re-installs the same is also true of lives as they are not stored on kings servers. Any gold bars you have lost you will need to contact customer support from your game of the contact us at bottom of page.You will need your game ID for this
