Why are we required to use an avatar ? I have a face ?

@jers_game. That is a good question. I would say, why not? Perhaps you need to achieve a certain degree of levels wherein we crushers get privileges. Happy Crushing ..😃

If you're asking why you can't use your own picture on this forum, you just have to be participate, visit, comment, join contests, etc. Currently you are a New Bee with 2 posts. Go HERE to find really helpful information that should answer your question and any others you have.

You can use custom avatar in the community when you reach level 4

New Bees are not able to to choose their own avatar to avoid all inappropriate pics from players that are not familiar with the Community guidelines and rules.
As soon as you reach Level 5 you can upload your own pic in the Community:
