Cannot link to Facebook

Hi!

I try to connect my game to Facebook, but everytime i get the notification that I have to turn on my wifi, but that is definitly on! I try to delete Facebook and CandyCrush, shut down my phone en re-installed everyting, but still not working. I can connect with all the other options (apple/King), but not with Facebook.

Does anyone how to solve this problem?

This seems to be an issue with Facebook and not with the game or your device.

Can you connect any other games with Facebook?

Yes I can connect with other games to facebook.

@LizziePrissie Check for game update and install if available, disconnect your wifi and restart you device ( leave of for around 30 seconds) reconnect your wifi and try to log in again, see if this helps.

Also check facebook app is up to date
