Win moves free spin issue

My clock had run down so I am eligible for a free spin but when I click on win moves it wants me to pay gold bars and not recognising the free spin -I exited the game and restarted my phone but this is still happening -please help

We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.
This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time and not everyone will receive this. You're probably using an older game app version so you get the extra spin but it won't work properly.
I can't say for sure you will get this feature after updating the game app.
