Why is the extra moves wheel gone?

I’ve had the extra moves wheel on every level up to level 7200 and then it suddenly disappeared. Why?

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

@Mayabryna6522 Hi and welcome, the extra moves wheel is a test feature and is not guarenteed to be in your game all the time. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.

I was wondering the same thing. My app is up to date, I logged out, cleared cache, and restarted, but wheel is still gone. 😢

@vmrodriguez If have it on one of my devices but its gone from the other, So its definitely still part of the game just same as above test group been changed

Thanks for all the answers. I think it’s strange though that I have belonged to a test group for so many years and more than 7000 levels and then suddenly not. Why didn’t I know I was in a test group? Why is everyone I know in the test group? if it doesn’t come back soon I’ll probably stop playing. The levels are more or less impossible to manage without boosters and I’m definitely not going to pay that much. To be able to win either boosters or extra moves makes it more worth playing...

@Mayabryna6522 Most of the features are test features and not everybody gets every feature., but please bear in mind this also may be a temporary problem. I do know they are tesing a few versions at the moment

Hi there, I agree that it is difficult to level up without any booster but you can still do so. Just that it'll take longer time to complete. So you need a lot of patience and sometimes, luck.

You may check out video tutorials from YouTuber like Johnny Crush (played all levels without booster) or Suzy Fuller (with audio talk through but not all levels are in the tutorials) or go to our discussion group to get some tips from other players.

Hope you can continue to play since you have reached this far but taking a short break is also a good idea because when you resume, you may get a lucky board 😊🙏🏻🍭

the problem is not leveling up but that the extra moves wheel is gone. It’s not as fun to play anymore 😥

But it can be temporary problem as well and it can come to u any time. U need to be hopeful. Also i believe u r playing for so many years now. Many features have gone and many new have come and believe me many more will come. All we have to leave the old features gracefully and embrace the new one with open arms. Good players always design new strategies according to the situations and available resources.
