Mine has also disappeared which is very disappointing! I have tried all the suggestions and nothing works

It’s funny because my wheel is gone and I play daily as often as I can and my husband whom plays once a week and maybe longer in between got to keep his wheel. Maybe they removed them from people who use them often?

Usually, this problem can occur if the Internet or the game is not fully connected to the server. Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps.Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

A few days ago when I opened the game I was asked to login, but I’d not logged out at all. Then since that time when I’ve finished a game the extra wheel move will not let me spin for free now. This has been going on for a few days. My app is up to date, I’ve tried logging in and out but it doesn’t rectify the issue.

@def007 7 Hi and welcome, the extra moves wheel is a test feature and is not guaranteed to be in your game all the time. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.

Each feature of the game is under the control of the test group and the group members are randomly selected. Studio is always working to improve these features so sometimes they are not available in the game so we cannot say for sure that you will always find such features in your game. Once the test is successful, you can get the feature back to the game at any time.

The extra moves wheel now always costs 7 gold and the video version is also gone. It's been in the game for several months so it can't possibly be a test feature.

@ExtremeCB Hi,It is a test feature as are most features in the game. I play multi device 3 different game modes and i still have this in my game on 2 devices and it has gone missing from the 3rd device normally had it on all 3 devices. I know there are a few tests going on for this at the moment, .It could also be missing due to a temporary problem.
