Hi there:
- I am currently on level 6829 and have been for awhile now. When this happens I go to YouTube and watch another player complete it to see what I may be missing. When I did this, I discovered that I only have 24 lives when the YouTube player has 30. One had 25. Why is this inconsistent? They were all dated 2020.
- Fantastic 5 - I am almost always in the lead. After the second reward, it’s resetting and I don’t understand why. This has been over a month now.
- Sending lives to friends- why can't I send lives to my friends without Scrolling back thousands? I look forward to your answers.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I am beyond level 7000 in Candy Crush Saga and have to scroll back as many as 5000 levels to give lives to some players. I also have to close and restart my game each time I want to give them additional lives -- more frustration!
Please take some comfort in knowing that we have asked the dev team to give us a "Go to level __" option, but it has not risen to a priority for them yet. We can keep hoping this request from players will get implemented.

We warmly welcome to u in our wonderful community. Plz. Note the following points.
1. All the levels are often tweaked by the studios time by time according to the feedback of the players to improve the interest so when they feel that some moves are little more they reduce it to make it more competitive and interesting.
2. Fantastic 5 is having some graphic issues for quiet some time now. The matter has already been reported and studios are working hard to resolve this soon. So hoping for the best. But the points are calculated in the background correctly.
3. For the lives already kiara send u the link plz. Follow this.

My question about lives is that I can’t send lives to people because I’m so far ahead of them.
I can only send if I scroll back to where their levels are.
for instance, if I have friends at a higher level than me, they are posted at the bottom of my screen to send lives too....
do you follow?

Yup @Pollard4 .
it is because ur friends are far behind than ur progress. So u have to go down all the way to them. If they have also the same progress then u dont have to go down.
