@jpickett Hi and welcome. Can you provide a screenshot of your F5 scores as sometimes there is a problem with the graph not showing correctly so when you look at graph it says you have reached reward but when you have calculated the individual scores you have not. It as only a problem with the graph so you do get your reward but just delayed till when the team gets the correct score.
Other than this you will need to contact customer support from your game and they will help you with this

Plz. Update your game application clear cache. Not the game data log out and log in.
Hopefully it will help.
But also note that F5 is a test feature and showing some temporary problems. And game studios are working best to resolve it soon. Hopefully it will be fine.

It happened to me too. Received the F5 1 hour bomb, it lasted only for 1 game then disappeared. I'd be hopeful to get better support from King other than clearing cache or being advise their is a problem with a test feature or some temporary problems. I was told the same thing when I reported the Sweet Cinema is not working for me, and when my 7 day calendar treat disappeared months ago..it still has not come back. Unfortunately the game is not much fun anymore as we are having to play without boosters, and that it seems (to me) there are many more harder levels then before, making it harder to enjoy the game with only 5 lives and no boosters. Perhaps King could look at having live restored faster so we don't have to wait so long to get lives back. Thanks
