Hi everyone! How do I delete my account? I don’t play any of the games. I signed up to ask about pre-registering the blue hyena skin for the new crash bandicoot on the run mobile game. Every time I put a email in it claims that they would send an email with more information but I didn’t receive anything. I tried numerous times with different email accounts double checking I put in my email address correctly before submitting and no luck. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and how to fix it. I was brought here by using contact us on king.com and told me to ask the community which is why I made the account. I still don’t have any answers and I no longer need this account.

Sorry you are having troubles. Which acount are you talking about - the game(s) I assume and not this community account as you just signed up to ask about preregistering the blue hyena skin.
Have you tried the link to contact them? Not sure if you have done this step or not

Very sorry that you couldnt be able to find what you want. But this is a game related(candy crush saga) support section in the community.
However if you are sure to delete this account. The only person who can do it is a community manager @Crazy Cat Lad .
Please send him a personal message and he will delete your account from the community.

@Dāku_Amaya Hi and welcome, For the email have you checked your spam folder as some messages will be sent to this and not your in box. So you may need to look in there.
IF you still want to delete your account please Private message @Pounawea or @Crazy Cat Lad and explain you want this done as only a CM can do this for you
To private message use the mail box in top right corner of screen.
