Why is my candy crush game so slow, it's terrible.
Candy Crush is slow, as if it's playing in slow motion. I've cleaned my cache as well. It doesn't make sense to me that my Mom and my brother play on this same laptop, yet they don't have this issue. Is there a setting I need to change in Facebook to fix this??

Hi Cleo, I think there might have been a Facebook connection issue this weekend and that could have caused the slow down.

Hi Elsa, I don't think that's it?? My Mom and my brother play on this laptop as well, and they have no problem at all when playing Candy Crush. Theirs play at the normal speed, while mine is very, very slow, like playing back a video or something in slow motion.

That is very strange. Are you all playing on the same browser? I know that for a while the studio was testing out different speeds and some were complaining that it was going too fast. But it makes no sense that you are all using the same laptop but yet when you log in to your account vs their accounts that it's slower. I don't know that much about Facebook settings but you might want to compare your settings to theirs and see if there is something that needs to be changed on yours.

Which browser are you all using? Why not try a different browser to see if that changes the speed?

We use Chrome but I did try it with IE and it was still slow. Guess my days of playing Candy Crush have come to an end because it's so slow that I can't get anywhere with the levels.

How are you playing the game on IE when that's still Flash? Have you tried Firefox yet? That's the only browser that I use for the games.

Hi cleo i get it mine is also slow it takes me forever to enter the game then when i do i go to the level where i am and it takes for ever to put me in the game like it take a proximate of 2 min
