Seems like a lot of events or treats are missing from your device. I hope that you've performed the basic troubleshooting steps as suggested by Ms Kiara. Most importantly is to ensure that the app is up to date. If it still doesn't work, again please do not be despair since these features are not permanent and it may re-appear in your game from time to time.
Just keep playing and stay tune for new events or updates!

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
Treat Calender is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return

Treat calendar is also a bonus feature like win moves and others. All these bonus features are not permanent part of the game. It means they can disappear or replaced by any other feature. Now king studios are shuffeling some old feature and introducing some new like sweet cinema, watch ads and yeti beach. Having said that treat calendar may also be out due to some temporary reasons. So you kedp your game updated and you never know you may get them back soon or some new feature can appear in your game.
