f5 group problem

Hello,
I’ve formed an f5 group with my family and we have different scores on each of our devices! Mine shows that the group hasn’t reached the goal and I didn’t get the bonus, while they’ve received theirs already and are on a new goal!! Can you please help? My game has been acting up strangely for the past 10 days! Here are shots of the groups as they stand right now!
I’d appreciate the feedback 🙏🏻

@Daniella_M Hi and welcome, check for a game up date and log out and restart your device, then log back in. Hopefully this will connect to the server correctly and offer your reward

@Daniella_M Strange one as i do not think is the graph problem as you scores and graph look correct, but could be wrong on this. can you play and complete a level since restart to check it has connected correctly. What device do you play on?

We warmly welcome you to our adorable king community.
Unfortunately fantastic five feature is having some graphic issues for quite some time. It is already reported and king studios are already working on it to solve it. We can not give you any time frame for this issue but hoping that it will be fixed soon. Meanwhile you keep your game updated and hopefully soon F5 will start working perfectly.

We both have iPhones! I’ll ask him to also do the steps I’ll let you know if it works, though he got his bonus it’s just me that is unable to! I’ll be back to report on the progress

Hi @Daniella_M This is why i do not think its the graph issue as you are still supposed to get your reward when you reach the target. You have stated other member has received there reward but yours not updated. A little stumped with this as graph looks right as well not ticked the final mark for you and score correct on graph. Can only think of trying to complete a few levels as seems for some reason to me you are not registering to server correctly. But honestly not sure why.
