@Dee_Richards Hi and welcome, When the game team do the ratings for these levels its normally worked out by how many people do the level and how many attempts etc. This is not always a good thing though as some people will get lucky boards quicker than others or have full bots when doing them. So it is a little difficult to rate them. I get stuck on just as many easy levels as i do hard levels. The ratings can also get amended in the game from time to time

Hi all, I am on level 7456 Candy Crush Saga. My problem is I only have 4 levels then I have to wait for more levels😟 I don't think it's fair that when I played on my computer on the app from the Microsoft app store, I received more levels then I receive on just facebook.I feel like I am being punished. I can finish an episode or 2 in a day. While I am waiting, I can get no rewards,or contribute to fabulous 5. I feel that when waiting for new episodes, everyone waiting should start on same level, it's only fair🤔
