Yellow Keys - Not enough order targets available

Hi everyone I am new here!
Is anyone else having the problem with level 5492 in that you can't pass the level as there are "not enough orders"? I can't collect the 9 yellow candies needed as there aren't enough on the board! They keys that are yellow don't count towards your total. Is this a glitch or is there a way round it I have not seen? Thank you!

Which device are you play ? Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
Level 5492. Yellow keys are also included in the order

Thanks for that but I have tried logging off etc already. As soon as I collect a yellow key, the level fails and says there are not enough orders. Very frustrating!!

Hi princesscoatton nope not solved the issue yet! I tried all the suggestions but logging off and back in again has not helped and on the tutorials I have seen, either the keys are a different colour and the yellows are elsewhere and all counted, or the keys are yellow and count towards the total. Which they do not in my case! Its so annoying! Hopefully if nothing else it will sort itself out on the next update. If you find a solution let me know and I will do the same!

Well if you have tried all the steps explained above then i am sorry to say you dont have any other option left but to reinstall the game. Normally we dont give advise to reinstall as you will lose all your stored boosters and lives and they are not recoverable. But same case happened yesterday with another user on level 6156. And they tried everything but in the end they have to go for reinstallation. Please check the link below for our conversation with them.👇

@RacheyH84 Hi and welcome, Android is only device i have got but tried this on windows 10 and had no problems. just tried on Facebook and getting the same as you oops not enough targets so think level may need looking into . I will ask @kiara_wael l if she can pass this on for them to check before you do anything drastic like uninstalling
