Today I won the weekly contest but it did not give me the prize and then for a 3rd time I’ve won candy royale and it hasn’t given me the gold bars.

What does this msg mean.
I keep getting a restart required msg popping up. It says ‘Restart required. Please to do not delete and reinstall the game I assumed this meant close the app down and the reopen but when I do this I still keep getting the msg.
