Well here we go. Day 8 and my issue still has not been fixed after being told someone would fix it multiple times a day. I lost my progress. My ID is 1227831090 I should be on level 3005. Last time this happened someone fixed it within 1 hour. Please manually go into my game and put me back to where I'm supposed to be.…

It's been over a week now and still no one has helped me fixed my progress issue. I've filled out the "contact us" form about 20 times, I've sent a message on FB, I've sent screen shots, etc. I just want my progress back. Can someone PLEASE help me?!?

Progress not saved
I submitted two forms for someone to contact me because I lost over 100 levels. I was on level 3005 and now it's saying I'm only at level 2901. No one has emailed me back yet to fix this and it's been over 24 hours. Someone please help!

I just lost almost 400 levels, I only play on PC never mobile.
I was on almost level 3000 and I logged in today and it brought me ALL the way back down to level 2622. How can I get those back? Also, how come whenever I go to play, it automatically sets me at level 350 and I have to scroll, scroll, scroll, all the way to my current level? Please help. My user id 1227831090
