Hi, I tried looking for a link to contact the tech team but couldn't find one. I already have a different facebook account but I haven't tried logging into the game with it as I fear I will lose all the progress. Can you please help me in connecting with the tech team?

Hi, Many thanks for your reply. My problem is I am not using facebook app. I used to login directly in the candy crush app and used my facebook account. Now since I am unable to logi into that account, I am wondering how to save my progress. Is these a way to change the facebook account linked to my game? Thanks

Hi, It has been three days since I posted this problem. I have also contacted Kings Technical team directly through the contact us link below however it seems that no body cares. Wonder why do you have a contact us feature if you don't even acknowledge let alone reply.

King Admin, Can you please look into the issue? I have cleared all the released level so far and now I am back to level one. :(
