I am using an iPad and having the same problem, oddly not every time. Watch ad, hit skip ad, black screen. Annoying!!!!! 

The moves are down to a mere EIGHT!! Help!!!

It is now EIGHT moves!!! Impossible!!!!!!!

I am having the same difficulty with not having enough chocolate.

What in the world is the Build a Bot “stuff” on your screen?? 

I am aware of what I need to accomplish and I do not have any boosters.

Still stuck......getting really aggravated.

More moves are absolutely necessary for this level. I have never even come close to winning.

Hi Kamlesh, I am not privy to that information so I guess I wait along side you to find out when it returns. It is available on mobile but not on the computer/browsers. I absolutely agree with both your theories.
