How are you planning to restore wasted Boosters due to sugar stars collected in the upper left is blocking game play that will not go away?

Does anyone have any advice for passing this level? I have never even come close to the required number of points. Have exhausted all boosters, those did not even help. Ihave been stuck for days and beyond fed up,

I was looking for on-line support Level 3812 and every video shows an entirely different board than I have. Has anyone else encountered? I could really use some tips on beating it!!

Tips onpassing Level 3866?
Videos are different, and yes I am fully aware that the Developers change as time goes by. 24 moves simply are not enough, especially on a board that requires more luck than skill.

Level 3614, HOW is one supposed to come even close to winning this level with only eighteen moves?
Level 3614 is absolutely ridiculously difficult. There is no earthly way to pass it in eighteen moves. Please advise.
