Hi @Ninjazz i logged off and logged out of Facebook turned off phone then back on and logged in to Facebook then cc and I got a pop up asking if I agree to the new terms I said yes I agree and then I got the trophy back - not sure if it was coincidence or if it actually had an effect 🤷‍♀️

Elsa I still can't connect to Facebook or the kingdom on cc saga through my mobile iPhone do u have any suggestions? I have emailed king but haven't got a response I am not having trouble with ccsoda or jelly on my mobile they both connect fine I hope you have a suggestion for me 😁 - Tracy 

Also interesting is on my phone I can connect to soda and jelly version through Facebook just not saga!! 

I tried logging out and connecting through king but it says “ oops an error occurred try back later” 🤭

I am also having connection issues on my iPhone through Facebook I have tried everything except delete and reinstall which I don’t want to do... oddly enough I can connect on my iPad no problems however all my boosters and lives are on my phone 😤

Hi @Elsa I guess I wasn't clear enough in my explanation lol sorry about that I'm including a snapshot the red circle is where I'm suggesting the sugar drop counter could be so I can see clearly at anytime how many I have or how many more I need to get - cheers
