Hi CandyMom, I realize that you are not alone and that blog was already turned over to the studio so we are waiting to see if they make a change. Hi Mira, thank you for writing us here on King Care. I want to make you aware that there have been many complaints about some of the levels dropping the number of moves and 3369 is one of them. It has been escalated to the studio and we are waiting for a resolution so hang in there and hopefully it will get changed soon.…

This comment was written weeks ago and yet the level remains problematic. There was a vast improvement in game challenge and enjoyment ...until then this one cropped up. I have an Ipad 3: 10.3.3 it still freezes whenever I try to play. Also, beginning today it won't load on Safari on my Mac. Loaded fine on Safari today. Thank you!

With only 16 moves I've managed to clear all but 9 swirls several times. I clear the board but the swirls fail to fall from the dispensers. This level needs attention, please. Fixed! Back to 25 moves! Thanks, Development Team!

Not at all helpful, but thanks. I've been stuck on this horrible level for a week now. FINALLY got it, but needed about 6 hammers at the end. The trick is to be sure there is enough time to use them. These timed levels are the worst.
