Hi Mira, thank you for writing us here on King Care. I want to make you aware that there have been many complaints about some of the levels dropping the number of moves and 3369 is one of them. It has been escalated to the studio and we are waiting for a resolution so hang in there and hopefully it will get changed soon.…

This comment was written weeks ago and yet the level remains problematic. There was a vast improvement in game challenge and enjoyment ...until then this one cropped up. I have not paid to play Candy Crush, but all of my friends have, and take heart from my example that it is still possible to pass without help of any kind…

Hi Joann, I understand what you are saying because I just tried playing it with the 10 moves and none of the fruit has dropped yet. I will notify King but I can't promise that they will correct it. Thanks, Elsa! You're our only hope!
