I tried that and it only worked until I restarted my computer and phone today, then the problem was back

This fixed it for a few hours and now the same problem is back today and doing what I did the first time is not working now. I am getting fed up. Any more suggestions? The makers of the game should stop updating it as it causes more problems than it fixes.

I am having the same problem. No way is 16 moves enough. some levels seem really hard but look possible, not this level. Hope king see fit to change it.
