I am still not able to send or receive lives. It has been this way for nearly 2 weeks.I play on both

@Carol_Tik Hi and welcome, If you have updated your game there are a couple of things you can also try. Firstly disconnect from Facebook and then log out the game and restart your device, then log back in to Facebook and then the game and see if this resolves your issue. if not try uninstalling Facebook first then log out the game and restart your device then reinstall Facebook and log back in and then log back in to the game.

Hello @Carol_Tik - I’m sorry to hear that nothing has been a fix for the long term, including de-installing and re-installing FB.
I just read an article that stated Microsoft had issues yesterday afternoon that affected many of their platforms but it appears to be fixed. Maybe that affected your computer to and I did your fix.
Why don’t you try the sign out/deinstall/reinstall of FB again and see if this time it corrects the problem for good.
