@PummyRaj Thanks for your input. I guess we now wait to see if the Kingsters can solve the problem 😉 It’s not the end of the world, just a little annoying 😜 Maybe the software team needs to sharpen their skills and put their problem solving hats on. 😄 There’s nothing like a challenge in life 😉
@PummyRaj I seriously doubt that the fact we’re both using Apple devices has anything to do with it. I think the software people need to have a look at what they’re doing. Not everyone posts about problems, they just go with it or move to another game 🤷🏼♀️ Some people don’t even know how to list a problem.
Hi, it’s very frustrating. I personally think it’s their end that’s causing the problem. The more things they add to the game, bonuses etc it seems to cause the problem. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. My iPhone are iPad are up to date with software and I’m always updating the game, so I feel they can’t blame those things
I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on my devices. The point is, this has only just become a problem with Candy Crush. It’s always functioned extremely well. I can play one game, not complete the tasks, click play again, then it freezes. I swipe up, sometimes it works and other times stays in the freeze mode
As I said, I’m well aware of all of those hints you directed me to, nothing works. The game is working intermittently. The screen goes dark and freezes.
