    Can you please explain about the issue you are experiencing with the game?

    What do you mean by the game is "not loading"? Are you not able to click on the game icon OR the game is not loading fully till 100% and going to the next screen?

    Can you check and let us know the version you have right now?

    Hi, it’s very frustrating. I personally think it’s their end that’s causing the problem. The more things they add to the game, bonuses etc it seems to cause the problem. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. My iPhone are iPad are up to date with software and I’m always updating the game, so I feel they can’t blame those things

    @TwinMum123 I don’t think it matters which platform you play it thru…it still freezes and locks. Like you said, the screen fades x locks 🤷🏼‍♀️

    It was just for my information to report to our Community In-charge! Since both of you are playing on Apple devices, just wondering if there are any other similarities!!

    I have checked my Facebook groups(3) and I have not seen other complaints about game freezing!

    @PummyRaj I seriously doubt that the fact we’re both using Apple devices has anything to do with it. I think the software people need to have a look at what they’re doing. Not everyone posts about problems, they just go with it or move to another game 🤷🏼‍♀️ Some people don’t even know how to list a problem.

    I’m having the same problem, my iPad freezes when I open Candy Crush. I have cleared history and caches and still frozen. I have to delete the app and reinstall and then I can open Candy crush and I can play. It’s fine until I have used all my lives and can’t play any more. When I switch back on after new lives available it freezes again and I have to delete app and re- install again. This doesn’t happen on any other games. I have only had this ipad about 4 months. Not sure why this happens. Can you help?

    I am sorry to hear that your game is freezing on your iPad!! I have seen few more complaints about this issue and I will report to our Community In-charge.

    Can you please check the "App Store" and see which version of the App you have right now?
