I can definitely tell them at the development team has been working on fixes. On the iPad all of the videos seem to work fine. On my iPhone X the videos work about half the time.

I have the option to Watch Ads on my iPhone X and my iPad...they work on the iPad but when I try to participate on my phone I get nothing but a black screen and no rewards because nothing ever played. Help! I miss the extra support for my game on the iPhone.

Seems to be hit and miss for me, some videos work but most don’t. Feels like someone is trying to figure out a fix and in the meantime things are dropping. Still, I wish I could get my boosters!

It’s me, making trouble again. My option to watch videos to receive boosters or extra moves has failed again. One minute I was watching a Chris Hemsworth ad to get an extra booster for the level, a few minutes later I had a black screen, dead air and couldn’t spin for extra moves or boosters. I’ve done all the usual…

Good news everyone! My ads are working again...hopefully the fix is system wide and you’ll all be up and running soon too. Thanks for everyone’s contribution to this thread and thanks to the developers for addressing the problem pretty quickly.

Sounds like that’s the same problem.

I have cleared the history/cookies and restarted the phone, it doesn’t help. The phone is relatively new and when I first opened CC on it, the videos for rewards and extra lives were working, but then they just stopped. The link to the video works but just brings up a black screen with an X at the top right and stays that…
