Thanks. I thought i was replying to their last answer that was no help.

It appears that there is no solution to this problem

So i replayed an older level. Still cannot access the store, by either store icon or buy gold bars to continue the current level at the end of the round.

Tried all that, everything short of deleting and reloading the gamer. nothing works.

I have also been having the same problem for over a week, except i am stuck at the spinning wheel. Never receive an error msg. Happens when i click on the shop icon or try to make a purchase at the rnd of a level

I am using a Samsung A54. I do not have this problem with Candy Crush Soda, just Saga. I do not know what other troubleshooting to try in order to get to the store to make purchases

I dont log out, and this only continuino to happen with soda. I leave the app open in background and generally play around the same time every day

I play at least one round every day to ensure i keep my account active and i constany kerps resetting backup a few days. So frustrating
