yes! Thank you for helping me! What happened is- I was trying to purchase something like I do every once in a while and for some reason it just looked different to me. I did do an update recently…… who knows. I feel very silly but again, thank you all for helping me.
so - I deleted both candy crush and tried to reload them and I got the same message. I am wondering if it is because my credit card on my iPhone has expired and I haven’t reloaded one.. but I can play the game for free, so that doesn’t make sense, if I wanted to make a purchase then it would be different….
