Uninstall both the Facebook app and the game from your device, reboot it, then re-install CCS and re-connect it to Facebook. That should do the trick, once it's done you can download the FB app again. This should bring the levels on your device up to speed. Let me know how it goes. For some reason, a couple of days later…
