Unfortunately this doesn’t work for me. I play on iPad and airplane mode doesn’t work, I have to be offline altogether ( to save space/morts)and even then I cannot reset a level. This is all how it began over 6 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything from customer care. Still waiting.......... Reading over and from…

So what you guys see happening is that you open the game and don't like what you see so you try to quit before making a move correct? But now it's not allowing you to do that? And if you close the game you have lost a life and boosters? So I am going to play out a scenario......................... you open the game to play…

Hey guys, I heard that with the next game app release there should be a fix. This should be in about a week but I don't yet what the fix is so we will have to wait and see. Fingers crossed - it's taking me almost a week to pass a level right now!

Yes! The workaround is if you play in airplane mode you can quit and refresh the game and keep boosters. Also you can back out of the level before you make a move and keep boosters. When I do this, it's back to the way it used to be for me.

Guys! If you put your phone in airplane mode it will let you exit out of a level you have lost (exit out completely, not just hitting the x in the corner), when you reload the game you keep your Space Dash or Helmet and boosters!!!

See above - I was given back the ability to quit and restart a level and keep SD or Helmet. Only if I hadn't made a move.

I had an update yesterday - and when I tried backing out of a level with full SD or Helmet, it allowed me to keep them. This is without making a move. So it's back to letting me restart the level to get the boosters where I want them at the beginning. BUT, if I play the level and don't win, when I exit that level…

It's been happening to me for 3 days now as well. I won't pay for boosters, so it looks like I'll be stuck on level 3654 forever. This really stinks!
