• Hi @Sukanta_Biswas, yes I have first sent them email the way you explained and then answered an automatic email. It's just been more than 24 hours already :(

• @firebombmarkus, yes :) I chose my game progress - can I reset my progress back to the beginning- contact us - and then I can't find the relevant topic :(
