King do not have any support or customer service by phone . You can email Player Support directly from the game's Settings and Help Center

tried all those whys no lives are being received. Their profile is showing that lives were sent to them, but they are not in their mail.

OK this is really getting old. I won my third race still receiving 40 coins and there are no videos at all to watch to get the five additional points so now I’m out of 15 coins.
