This is on a laptop. it has me already logged out, and unable to log in because of the internet is offline. Internet is not offline, rebooted laptop, turned wifi off and back on, tried all the steps above, no luck. This has that Sneaky Melon Duck as my profile and that is not correct. Deleted app and reinstall still no luck .
