I have contacted them 3 times in the last month and no one has responded.

I have contacted them three times through Support and there is no response after a month.

Hi I have twice contacted support over the last month about the 160 gold bars that have just disappeared. I haven't heard back from anyone. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my game board?

This is really frustrating. Twice now I have had about 75 gold bars and both of those batches have dropped to 10. Then I worked my way back up to 9 and I'm back to 1. Is there a possibility that I can get them all restored to my game? Why does this happen? I'm down about 160 gold bars in total. It seems unfair that they go…
