I had already uninstalled & reinstalled the program as the loop stayed that way for over a wk. The problem still exists even with the reinstall. It initially had us start on the first level then, jumped to 315. We again worked up to & cleared level 325 but, it still goes back to 315 & the loop continues. Due to frustration…
