It does Not depend on the Account, but on the System. I did install the Game to my mobile. There I have Android and I Have no Problems with the ad Movies.
I think we should collect the system where the problem is. I have Ipad, so IOS (last version). The last one who wrote the system had IPhone. So also IOS. Have all with these problems IOS?
When I think about only the possibility to get 5 moves more by watching a video...I would be much further in the game. Many many levels I had to play for several days would be done in one day with this option! I mustn't think about all the booster I don't get in adition to this....
Hi Elsa, thank you for your answer. In the forum is written that if that happens (Boosters get lost with new installation) the support can help and the advice is to contact the support. So I have done this.
Still nothing. AND THE SUPPORT OF THIS GAME IS DREADFUL!! Because the isn't any support. No answers to mails, no help in the forum. Fact: THERE IS NO SUPPORT!!! Still I can not see the videos and still my boosters which are gone because of the new installation are gone...
