Hi, yesterday I finally passed level 4000 and was excited to finally earn my first banner. As of today I still haven't received it. I also logged off & back on. It is checked on to get it. Is there something else I need to do?

Yes very much so. But usually after a long whole I get some easy levels. Good luck.

I understand your frustration. I have found myself spending money to complete levels almost like an addiction. But it is a fun game. Maybe that's why they've made it harder so they'll earn more $$. Glad you have peace of mind now.

Thank you for replying back. I think many levels are very hard and if we've played this long to get to 1000, 2000 on up they should give them to all of us. It's like a badge of honor for doing so well😊

Thanks for replying. I thought hitting 4000 was a Milestone. I play on my Android ph. I've seem others with their banners that's why I questioned it. They should make it available for all devices if we'd earned it.
