I’m having the same problem. Black screen and no ad. Missing out on extra moves, rewards etc. been happening for a week now. Also unable to earn gold bars.

I agree, it’s been going on for a couple of weeks now and it is so annoying. We are missing out on so many free moves, extra lives and boosters

Thank you all for your help. I’ve added screenshot of the ad as requested The ad comes up and nothing happens. I’ve left it a couple of minutes as suggested but just stays the same. I am Missing out on extra lives, boosters and extra moves!
