Yes I have had this problem a lot in the past, but luckily when and I mean when I do get ads they actually work now. As you say @Alienscar it shouldn't be difficult for a software company to fix the problems. But we're talking about King who don't want to listen to what their players are saying. If they did we'd have a better Saga map, chocolate box, sweet cinema etc. etc,

I’m having the same problem. Black screen and no ad. Missing out on extra moves, rewards etc. been happening for a week now. Also unable to earn gold bars.
