ID number is 13274488488 I was credited with nine gold bars after the 9 were removed but as noted it has happened twice since then with 7 taken each time

Thank you for your reply. I did fill out a support ticket and of course got the same response as numerous times before check out the information in the support group Idid see that you had said to include the ticket number when replying. I did not note a ticket number on the email but did put my user ID on the email I sent
